December Breakfast

Postby Justin » Sat Nov 21, 2015 9:13 am

We're going to bump the December breakfast up a week so that there's less conflict with potential travel plans, family invasions, etc.

Where: Rudy's in Colorado Springs-315 S 31st St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904
When: 12/12/15 @ 0900
Why: Because it's a chance to confirm with the Brethren that you haven't missed anything on your Christmas list.
How: In your Bronco, of course.

Any one from Denver going? Trying to coordinate a parts shuttle. PM me if you might be able to help out. I don't need the parts fast, just trying to avoid shipping charges.

Trying to decide if I should get the trailer out and load up the Bronco or not, was looking forward to meeting some folks.

It was great to meet some other people interested in Broncos today despite my problems getting to the breakfast. I would like to thank everyone who helped me out today, especially Andy who stopped and helped me get my hardtop off the freeway and back on the trailer. Thankfully no one got hurt in the chaos! It looks like the soft top is going back on. I also think the couple bolts in the front rattled loose as I found the nuts and washers in the tub, then from there I am guessing it caught air. Thanks again! This was not how I wanted my first Bronco experience to be but I guess its on to the project now.

Kinder towed myself and two other Broncos in to one of our first meetings. And trust me, you're not the first person to experience breakfast troubles. Much better to get help on a Saturday during breakfast than on the trail.

Great meeting you guys.

All total I believe we had 9 Broncos and 13 owners. And I didn't take a single picture.

Also, the furthest north person was north Colorado Springs, south was Pueblo, east was Ramah (right, Alex?) and west was Woodland Park.
