Overland Expo - Flagstaff May 15 - 17

Postby landshark » Thu Feb 26, 2015 11:33 am

I have registered and will be driving my 69 to Flagstaff to attend the Overland Expo. I know there was some interest in this stuff so thought I would post up to see if anyone else was thinking of going.

http://www.overlandexpo.com/west

I expect to leave the evening of the 12th and arrive on the 14th in Flagstaff. Leaving sunday evening and expect to be back in Denver on the night of the 18th or morning of the 19th. I plan on taking backroads all the way there.

I wonder if I can start my season a little late at the park so I can go?

For me, that typically consists of 6 coats of SPF-1000, long sleeves, and a beach umbrella on my head.

Ya i expect the "die-hards" to be there, iam going to check out the 4x4 rigs as Iam leaning towards picking one up and this will be the ideal event to check out different layouts and get direct feedback from people...

also I went to NAU and have friends in Flagstaff - and who doesn't like a good roadtrip in a bronco?

Wow, you must be about as fair skinned as I am.

People think that I'm joking when I say that I put on SPF 50 when I want to get a tan.

Back when sunscreen had an SPF rating, I used SPF 50 in Iraq religiously and wound up tanning quite nicely.

Gotta be cell based. Refresh rate is choppy. Getting stronger as he gets closer to Fairplay.
