looking for a tuner

years ago i installed the terminator fuel injection on my 71 . Runs great accept once in awhile is will let out a loud pop through the exhaust on deceleration . i know very little about tuning EFI and am looking for help finding a shop or someone that can fine tune it for me.

Garry Vance (EFI Guy) does a lot with tuning, I'm not sure if he works with Terminator. He would be my first choice.
