I think if you could land a 4-door, you could make one heck of a tow rig/DD and be money ahead over buying new. Sure, you might not have smart cruise control and the like, but it could be pretty much whatever you can imagine!
1973 Bronco, 351 SEFI, Locked, discs, 35's ZF-5spd and Atlas 4spd. 235:1 Crawl Ratio. It may be ugly, but it's slow.
