Message entry box has problems after entering much text.

I'm running Win 7 with Internet Explorer 8.

When writing a post, after I've entered a certain number of character and/or lines, the text box suddenly pops to the top of the post. The cursor is still at the bottom, and typing still goes in at the cursor, but I can't see what I'm typing.

Each character I type flashes down to the bottom of the post then back to the top.

If I delete characters back to below the threshold it starts working as normal, but cross over and it does it again.

This line is just beyond the point where it jumps.
