I don't remember what site I was on before on the iPad but I went directly to CCB on my laptop after seeing it.

I'm not seeing it today.

The Wildhorses banner is hosted on Tinypic (the irony is not lost in this particular instance). So, I'd have to guess there was some sort of error there.

Or maybe you guys just need to clear your cookies.
