Raptor liner ??
So I am getting ready to do my interior and want to do raptor liner inside. My question is how big of a compressor do I need? Was thinking of using the one at work but I wouldn’t be able to drive it home. What did you all use?

Re: Raptor liner ??
Some guys on Cb.com recommend one that can maintain 50 psi and is at least 20 gal.

Re: Raptor liner ??
Do you know what tip is recommended for Raptor? My 20 gallon can do ~8 scfm at 40psi which works well for paint and primer. For primer, the 1.8 tip worked well but I doubt I could use a 2.0 without increasing my scfm. Also, I can only do a panel or two without having to stop to let the compressor catch back up. I also have 20' of pipe to help cool the air before it gets to the gun.
Not sure if that helps but it's what I've learned.

Re: Raptor liner ??
I've used 2 types of guns to spray bedliner. A drywall type hopper gun and a schutz gun. The schutz gun has an adjustable output. The Al's hopper gun says it has 3 tips 6mm, 8mm & 9.5 mm, can't remember which one we used. https://www.amazon.com/TCP-Global-Pneum ... +spray+gunhttps://www.amazon.com/Als-Liner-ALS-SG ... schutz+gunI liked the schutz gun because it was much more precise & easy to control, but had to be refilled more often. You wouldn't want to run out of air because the liner will set up if it sits too long. It's a process that is very time sensitive. I did fine with my 5hp 60g single stage compressor with both guns, it's rated at 12.5 cfm @ 40psi. Here is a decent page I found trying to find CFM ratings for schutz guns. https://spray-lining.com/polyurea-and-b ... -settings/The gun that fits the Raptor cans, 40-60psi @ 5-6cfm: https://www.u-pol.com/us/en/product/rap ... -Jj9tVKj4Y
