Got the rebuilt motor done and installed. I did rings, main, rod bearings, cam, lifters, rockers, timing chain and gears. And heads rebuilt by Western Machine

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Getting ready for the Buena Vista Bronco Blitz next week...........
This old school Delta tool box (when they used to be made of steel) popped up for sale on my local FB community page for 25 bucks. Guy used it in this very spot on the EB he sold.
I made a little support frame / stand for it to create storage under neath of it.
Just need to get a duffle bag for the recovery straps and I will be all set.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Thanks to Strike2, got the master cylinder replaced. What a difference. I had so many issues bleeding the system when I swapped to disc brakes up front. The pedal felt better just after bench bleeding the master. Only took 3-4 pumps in each wheel to bleed the air out. Pedal is nice and firm now. Can't wait to test drive it now!

It's more like what the Bronco did for me. About 100 miles after rebuild it broke a rocker are stun on #7 exhaust. Could the double valve springs be to much for the stock studs.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Took mine wheeling at Flat Nasty. Another successful trip free of fuel issues!!! Got myself stuck between a rock and a hard place here. Had to winch to get rear to clear tree and then back out. I made this obstacle once! Then I decided to try the line to the left: https://photos.app.goo.gl/49uwCFqxHRzoRvvz7Great time and while it was still warm being in the upper 80's and humid, it could have been MUCH hotter!

Had to do a little paint and body work. But as I flipped the fender flare over I couldn't help but laugh. All because I know who made these. Thanks Jay. There still holding up great.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Nice work Jeff! It hides in there nicely and sits low for better pulling angles. You have cable or rope for it? How does it attach to the drum? First time I used mine, the whole rope spun on the drum and would just spin. I ended up putting grip tape on the drum. Also, if rope, don't wrap it nice and neat. The first time you use it, it'll suck the line down deep into the other windings and bind it up. You want to wind it up by going across the drum pretty quickly.

One big project done and then 30 little projects while I procrastinate the next big project... License plate install... little project I always liked the idea of the Wyoming bucking Bronco and pair that with the ‘68 YOM plate :)
