Body lift- what am I getting into?
So I've decided I need a small body lift for my 75. No more than 2 inches, maybe only 1. It's already lifted with longer brake lines, etc- can I just swap the pucks out? Thanks in advance!

Off the top of my head things that need adjustment or changing include the steering column, shifter linkage and/or clutch linkage, wiring that goes between the frame and body, also body to motor, brake lines from master cylinder to frame, throttle linkage from firewall to carb (unless you have a cable), transfer case shifter, fuel filler & vent hose(s), aux fuel lines (aux tank is connected to the body not the frame), fan shroud and/or radiator hoses, transmission cooler lines if you have a auto. A lot of these connections may have enough slack in them, but I’d keep a close eye on them when you lift the body. A 1” body lift is easier on all the connections, a 2” lift will more than likely mean changes.

Re: Body lift- what am I getting into?
If your body mounts are in good shape, you can just add lift pucks with longer hardware (plus what Kinder said).
If the rubber body mounts are bad, WH sells a kit that has new mounts & 1" body lift integrated together. If you want to go 2", you'll need new mounts & lift pucks as well. If the mounts haven't been changed, they are most certainly worn out, and there is no reason to do a lift on top of old mounts. I know just swapping my old, squashed, mounts for new gave me some 'lift'.

I was able to do the 1” on mine without any other mods to anything else. Hardest thing for me was cutting out the old bolts.

The radiator shroud will need to be dropped how ever much you lift the body
