Looking for a contractor, plumber, electrician.
I'm about to start some work on my house and need some expertise and quotes for a few things. If anyone knows a decent contractor? Plumber and/or electrician let me know.
They must have knowledge of working on an older homes In this case mine was built in 1910.
Thanks!

I work for my father-in-law's construction company, but we aren't licensed in Denver or the surrounding counties. We do remodel work and really like to work on older houses. I just can't help you in that facet, but I can give you a couple pennies worth of knowledge/advice as far as if costs get out of line.

What are you needing done? I'm asking as I bought an old 1904 narrow gauge railroad hotel and I'm right in the middle of fixing it up. I've learned a lot with this building. Most I did myself to code with permits, as to hire it out would be a fortune.
I'll share what I've learned. You can PM if you like.

looking to do a bathroom - the only one on the 2nd floor... and eventually the kitchen, which will require structural changes in the back of the house as I want to add on..
