Yeah I spoke with him 550 shipped is to high for Used gears. No warranty and he destroyed a couple gears so how long will the rest of the gears last. . Plus ive received quotes from 4x4 group buy for 750 shipped. With a warranty. . I wouldn't pay more than 350 for used gears without a warranty .02

The big problem with the TLs is how the gears are set up. You have to add extra pre-load in there so they don't deflect as easily. This is a step often over-looked in the EB D20. I think Pirate has a write-up about it.
