Stock dash mounted throttle cable
I think these were on the old 3 spd pto trucks. Dash mounted and goes down to the throttle inside the truck.

If I didn't throw mine away it's all yours Kirk. I'll take a look for it and let you know.

Found it! I'll put it with your strap for the next time we meet up. I usually throw that stuff away so something must have stopped me from tossing it just for you.

Stock dash mounted throttle cable
Thanks fellas, I'll take you up on the free one. And you read my mind, high idle baby.
Got the idea from Brian's 7.3 when it up idled on cold mornings, then the plow truck I've been using does it as well. Awfully nice on those cold mornings to help the truck warm up.

Re: Stock dash mounted throttle cable
I've actually disconnected the plug from my exhaust back pressure valve on the Super Duty. Got tired of the damn thing staying open after I started driving. However, very good for warming the ol' dino furnace up, just as Rob said. Maybe even hook it up on a second throttle cable?

Re: Stock dash mounted throttle cable
I've kept my EBV because on my DPtuner I use the decel tune. Which works very well. And I like to wake up me neighbor when it kicks on at 5am.
