CBS NEWS 48 HOURS
Saturday nights episode features a very gruesome story regarding a garage I rented a few years ago and still use today to keep a few vehicles in although the Bronco is not there. I did not know the story of what occured in the building untill the trial hit the news and pics of the building were shown. I was shocked and on checking it out all the signs of what went down were there. My family and staff now refuse to go into the building and it's a bit of an erie feeling when I'm there alone. A very sad story indeed. I met with Athony, producer of 48 Hours and allowed them into the garage at 10:00 AM and they were still there at 9:30 PM. It was a miserable cold and rainy fall day and they were frozen by the time they were done. Crazy Americans didn't know about Tim Hortons Coffee before arriving in Edmonton for the shoot but they certainly caught on quick as there is a location about 5 blocks away and they made quite a few coffee runs by seeing the number of empty cups and donut flats they had. I haven't seen the episode yet and Anthony is going to send me a few copies. I got a CBS hat out of the deal. After the show airs I'm going to charge admission to tour the space :) This story will be worth watching. Cheers Bill

Re: CBS NEWS 48 HOURS
I have wanted to try Tim Hortons coffee/donuts for years. Even out of curiousity I looked into their franchise program as they were looking to expand farther into the US. Maybe someday I will get to try it out.

Re: CBS NEWS 48 HOURS
I saw the show Saturday night, it was about some deranged psycho who killed & dismembered a guy in this garage. He tried to kill another guy, unsuccessfully, one week earlier, it seems, but the victim was able to get away. The killer was also a "film" maker, and had planned to make a movie with a similar plot line to the crimes he was committing. He thought that if the film had a link to a real life event, the film would sell better. Real F'd up. I'd be a little freaked out using the garage space too.
I bet you can get it on line or Hulu or something if you want to watch it, its worth the hour.
