Post Motorcraft Jet Sizes
So I'm going to be moving back to the midwest and will need new jets for the drive and the arrival. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what size jets to use at what altitude? Runs great now at 7,000 plus, but I know even in Denver it doesn't run well. Thanks for any help.

Thats a hard question to answer, you need to know what size jets are in there already, usually 2 steps up then run again and see how it performs and if it is too rich or lean.

Thanks for the reply. I figured there would be a manual that someone would have. I'm used to snowmobiles and they have manuals that tell you to change jets with temperature!

Austin, Try this site. It is more along the lines with rebuilding the carb but has alot of good info. http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_li ... 0_carb.pdf

I need to rejet my 2150 for altitude above 9k also. There are several people on ebay who have the jets, You need to know what you have first. Good luck and let us know what you find out as it will help the rest of us. Jayson
