I know Viperwolf would solve it if he was able to get near it, but since so much has changed in such a sort time I see where he is going, looking for what hasn't be swapped out via trouble shooting. Do you have the original dizzy still? I know it isn't ideal but you could swap it out (30 min job) and see what happens. In addition you could try to rule out other contributing systems like fuel & air, I think you already swapped the fuel filter right? Recent carb or other fuel system changes?

wondering if the points are both correct as is set correctly , if one isn't set this could be part of the ruff running and bouncing tach .

Dual points are a good upgrade but are super pain in the ass to set perfect. Looks like you just need to dump it. Kiddin, you just need to get that thing to a tech class. Or else your just gonna be dumping money in to unnessary parts

before changing dizzy try opening one set of points until they don't touch cam and see if the problem is still there , just one more thing elimanated
