Dana 44 for 73 bronco
Looking for a Dana 44 front axle. Planning a 3.5SL 1BL. Would you recommend a high pinion?
Title was a typo...70 bronco and not sure how to edit the title! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Dana 44 for 73 bronco
Your 73 should have come with a D44.
High pinion D44 will all be full width, and you'll either need a matching rear or to cut down the front to EB width. If you cut one down you'll want a 76/77 front. The 78/79 is harder to adjust.
I don't think the HP is necessary with the 3.5SL. Full width is nice and the HP does make the pinion angle better than LP.
