Post Blue Wrench
I'm replacing the rear springs and having trouble getting the bolts removed from the spring hangers. I suspect the bushing sleeves are rusted to the bolts and I think they'll probably need to get cut out. Does anyone have a portable blue wrench or any better ideas for getting these out? One of the four bolts are free and even a 15 lb. sledge wouldn't touch them.

Oooo, good call Bob. Didn't even think about a sawzall. That's why I posted!

Buy a good sawsall blade and go to it. I had to do the same on my 79. Ended up buying a diamond carbide blade to get those bolts cut.

Thanks again fellas. Going to try to finish this up this weekend. I'm going to try to utilize some anti-seize on the sleeves/bolts in case I need to pull this apart in the near future. Anyone think that would be a bad idea? shrug
