Axle value
I'm trying to figure out the budget for my full width swap. The front is a stock EB Dana 44 with a Ford disc conversion using '78 Bronco knuckles. I'll be pulling the third member to remove the ARB, but will selling it with an open carrier and 4.10 gears. The rear will be a '77 big bearing housing with an open carrier, 3.5 gears, recent wheel bearings and Currie 31 spline chromoly axles. Any idea what the current market rate is?

Re: Axle value
The late year knuckles & 4.10s on the D44 are desirable, if we use CB.com as a guide it should go for $400+. The rear BB is also good, do you happen to have a set of 4.10s you can get/find for it, it'd help the price. I haven't checked 9" prices lately.

Re: Axle value
It'll depend on whether I opt to regear. I'm currently torn between doing it in stages and just biting the bullet and going to 4.88 since I'll have to regear the front anyway. The center section I'll be selling with it is the one that's in the FW axle I picked up.

Re: Axle value
Justin-- I know I am wanting to upgrade mine to a D44 at some point from my D30. I already have the disc brakes on mine but would be interested in talking with ya about it. I am not real well versed on what I need to do the conversion but I know you could talk me through it. Let me know if we could work something out if this would work for my future set-up.
