Post Gas leak
So, I guess with it getting warmer, I kinda messed up. Yesterday after I got back in to town, I stopped off at the Shell close to home and topped off both tanks. Before I'd even finished at the pump, I had gas coming out of the auxillary tank with the cap on. So, I switched it over to the aux tank and drove it the rest of the way home to bring the level down. This afternoon I go out to the Bronco to grab something out of it, and my main tank is steadily leaking fuel from the cap. A nice wide streak of it headed down the rear quarter to a drip on the ground (and a hole in the asphalt right where the drip was?). I went ahead and switched back over to main, ran it for about 10 minutes and the leaks are now wrapped up.

Now, all of that being said, I'm guessing the increasing temperatures caused the fuel to expand in the tanks and blow by the gas caps. Sound about right?

Agreed. I want to do the charcoal thing too. normally not a problem in my rig, but when I go fill it up before a trail run and park it in the garage, it smells of gasoline pretty bad. No leaking, just venting.
