Ntx Tools, America's Tool Warehouse, USA Tool Warehouse, Network Tool Warehouse, Coastal Tool Supply are all ran by the same company and I have been waiting for over five weeks for equipment. I cancelled the order three weeks ago and again two weeks ago due to another invoice for the same equipment.
I just received another invoice in my email invoice for all the same stuff, wtf!
I call again to cancel it all and they say there is no notes in there computer to cancel it, and he says he doesn't remember me calling to cancel, really! I don't expect you to remember me, idiot. Well now it's all supposed to be already shipped out, how convenient!
So now I am having the Card company post this as a fraudulent transaction! And they said if I ever do receive the products to just send it back and they will handle it from there! Thank You! I have needing to vent my frustration!
I have been doing some researching and found this company has been pulling this same crap over and over again on reveiws or complaint websites! Found they go by a bunch of names too! RED FLAG! SO BE AWARE AND DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES FOR TOOL OR EQUIPMENT!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah and I still owe you for the camping spot up in Ouray.

Yeah, they are out of Arizona, or one of their sister companies are. Real hard core telemarketing strategies. They like to use force to get you to order something over the phone. I get a call from them on a regular basis and have heard horror stories from other contractors who have ordered from them. Products are not as advertised, poor quality...all garbage stuff. It's kind of like that advertisement on TV about the factory direct flooring, cabinets, etc. you have to join their clubs, pay an extortion rate fee for the membership and the product is low grade crap.

There a joke! if they run one name into the ground they just make a new name. I just don't see how they can stay in business. I would definitely consider it fraud how they run there business.
