how long to wait after priming
I'm primimg some body parts and its 5star 5403 black primer. The. Can say wet sand in 30 min. I was going to wait for 3 hours cure time? before color coat

Follow the instructions provided w/the primer.
The longer you let it set before sanding, the better. As the primer cures & drys, it shrinks. If you sand it too soon, the primer will continue to dry & shrink after you sand it. If the primer shrinks after wet sanding, the sand scratches (in mud/filler/old paint) under the primer, will be visible in the color coat. Dark & metallic colors are more likely to show sand scratches than light/white colors.
Our primer recommended 8 hrs minimum cure time before sanding, but if we had a "special" car we would let it sit a day or two before wet sanding.

I'm sure the instructions are good, there are many different types of primer. Each brand/type has its own chemical make up. Wait at least 30 minutes. The longer the better.
