What is it? Mid-April? We got nailed last week with about 40" of snow. Wed-Friday we got 36", then 8 more yesterday. Has made a heck of a mess for Easter, but things are finally getting cleaned up enough to get back to some normalcy. Just in time for more this weekend! Anyway, once I got tired of digging out, I had to see if I could go anywhere in the bronco.

My attempt to go play got me a whole 20ft into the street where I was met with 4ft drifts. So hard to see in nearly white-out conditions. This was after I dug myself out 4 times as well:


Thursday morning. I rearranged the vehicles so the drifts would bypass my upper driveway:

Reminds me of the Denver storm circa early 2000's

Wow that looks cold!,
I guess I should stop complaining about the wind we’re having here in Colorado,

Man, I haven't seen snow like that in a long time.

We ended up with 4ft of snow total! Got more this past Sunday and it was that super heavy 80lbs a cu/ft stuff! Crazy hard to shovel, but if you could get it cleared, the area would melt off! We are still freezing every night with highs in the 40's. But the snow is receding finally!

Last night we had to make a run to our storage unit and I knew the plows hadn't been back there. So the bronco got to have a little fun! There are still 6ft drifts there, but you could ride mostly on top sinking in 8-10". I am still aired down so that helped. I should have taken pictures, but my wife wanted to get in and back out.
