Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Trans is fixed. Shift kit installed and works great. Man I really like the way this thing runs finally. Now to fix/upgrade/clean up some wiring and I'll be ready for summer.

Figured it was time for STICKIES! They're about .5" shorter than my 40" MTRs. No big deal, the sticky part should take care of that!

Yeah, I am just a parrot repeating what I have heard from folks I know. I have no personal experience.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Well not to the Bronco but for the Bronco New jack stands. Square tubing 3 inch and 2 1/2, 18 to 31 inches high. Cost $15.00 for angle iron every thing I had laying around. I have enough to build another set. Will sand blast and paint this summer

Nothing compared to digger but here's what I spent the last few days doing. Built a mount for my compressor and tank.

That will be nice to have a tank! Wish I had done something to incorporate that into my setup. Someday!

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
I was only looking for some decent “Colorful Colorado” replacements. Mudflaps on a Bronco!??? Yeah... I’m that guy
I guess these will have to do?

Yeah, it is too bad you couldn't find a new set of the old ones, but these are cool too!

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Got a crucial piece of the puzzle in today! ***Thank you Justin for the BIG tank and thank you BroncoRaider for the Fuel Pump! Is there anywhere under the hood for a good power source In “ON” I don’t want to have to pull the ignition switch out from under the dash so looking for an easier way to hook up that pump.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
For me it's not what have I done but what I haven't done. Pulled the timing chain and gears out, installed new set. While it was down I swapped the differentials out of one Bronco to the other from 3:50 to 4:11. It made a big difference. Then the motor dropped oil pressure new Valvoline 10-40 with FL1A oil filter. Cold 80 lb pressure warm 40 pounds. 100 miles later the warm pressure drop's to 25 . I pull oil pan and looked at 2 main and rod bearings, the bearings have the look like they ran without oil. Crankshaft end play is .006. Bottom line I have no faith in this motor that it will no brake on the road. I spent most of last summer fighting this motor. So my wife asked me to just buy a crate motor. I installed a Blue Print long block 302 roller. From Summit Racing. Motor is bolted in and hope to have it running by this weekend
