The holes in my truck are about the only thing keeping me from dying of carbon monoxide poisoning. Or maybe the only thing causing it.

Yeah I used to have to slam my wife's door because she couldn't work up enough force. Lol.

I do have to laugh. The guy at WH was totally of gaurd this afternoon when I asked him which upper seal went on which side. I didn't want to glue them and have to take them off. He went and talked to a couple guys and after about 10 minutes came back with an answer. So, I said what your telling me is, the one marked R goes on the left and visa versa. He said he was really hoping I didn't notice that.. Poor kid. He was so embarrassed.

ya i have the same problem. Iam going to attempt to rehang the doors at some point - I have to close them so hard iam afraid of breaking stuff.

roller her over! Well not all the way. but man it was nerve-racking but the thing was super secure and did not move a bit. Got it prepped for some liner. Maybe next warm day off that I can manage.

Well sorta.........

Last few months my fuel mileage has been dropping but I didn't think too much of it.

Last few weeks it started to run poorly feeling underpowered and had an intermittent miss.

Chaney even called it "doggy" when we drove each other's rigs recently.

I still hadn't replaced plug wires from MOAB (year before last?) so I replaced plug wires.

Found that # 7 and # 2 were melted / arcing through again. A couple others showed signs of arcing too.

Out of curiosity I took a look at the distributor cap and was amazed to see how corroded the terminals were for 15k miles of service. Replaced them.

Ol girl is running like a champ again.

Have we devolved as a group this far that every thread and post is going to head in this direction?

moved rear bumper in closer to the body, replaced heater blower fan with one from a' 08 crown vic.

Finished moving all relays and accessory wiring/fuses to to a new sealed relay/fuse box.
Finished the control panel install and started removing all the unnecessary wiring from the under the dash.
Finished re-routing and looming the body harness and adding weather pack connections to the fuel and rear of the harness, added additional wiring to the rear of the Bronco while i was at it.. just in case.

Next up - spool my new winch rope and get started on the rear bumper rebuild.

Replaced leaking valve cover gasket on passenger side

Power steering, alternator, and radiator in. Just need to figure out an upper radiator hose.

Installed half of a 1" body lift last night. All bolts came out surprisingly easy except the front two...may have to burn those out if cutting/drilling doesn't work. Coincidentally, the front two body mounts had no nuts on them! I guess they're so rusted, it didn't matter all these years!

New floor pans, New 4 point roll cage. It is a tight fit inside the 1/2 cab. Lost the speakers. New front coil springs. Feel like I'm loosing the battle with the rust. Had to use parts form the other bronco project.[album][/album]
