JD, booger has a treager pellet smoker and that thing is badass!!!! I want one but too much $$$ for me right now.

I have that same charcoal smoker - we love it. I traded an old pick up bed camper for it about 10 yrs ago. We Smoke turkeys 2-3 times a year. Always smoke an extra 1 or two because there is never any leftover from the first for sandwiches. The grill will hold two 12-15 lb turkeys easily. Even when Thanksgiving is not at our house, we bring the birds.

Pork loins are splendid
as are ribs
and salmon
and chicken

Smoking meat is easy but still an art form that you have to practice to get really good at.
